What is YTB First Class Training?
YTB Travel offers an additional program that will take your travel business to the next level by becoming a FCT Certification. There is no charge for them to sit in! Invite them to join us from 9:00 AM until Noon to get a sampling of what we are doing. They will likely be back after the lunch break! Afterwards, they will have the opportunity of becoming an RTA and getting Certified all at the same time! Get all the mileage out of these you can! Who can attend FCT training?
Anyone:
New Reps – This training is crucial for new reps.
Prospects – Anyone who has already seen a presentation and would like more information.
Reps – You can attend as many times as you want. This gives you more insight into your business and further training.
What is the cost of FCT training?
There is no cost to attend. If you want to receive your FCT certification, the cost is $149 and you will need to register and pay online. This can be done up to 10 days following the class. Your spouse or secondary applicant may attend for free. You may qualify for a full reimbursement of the $149 fee by personally enrolling 3 or more RTAs who become Certified RTAs. And if for any reason you feel the Certified FCT Training is not worth every penny you pay (if you pay in advance), notify the instructor at the end of the training and YTB will refund your $149.
How do you pay for the FCT?
Go to your Back Office, from your marketing site, and click on "Company Events" on the left. Click "Go" under FCT Training. Then click on "Register" under the location you wish to attend.
How can I pay for the FCT after I have attended the training?
You may pay for the FCT Training that you already attended by submitting your request along with payment information directly to YTB via fax at 618-659-9607 or by support ticket.
If you are paying by credit card, please include the security code. Also state the date and location of the training.
You may also call the Office at 618-655-9477 and ask for Rep Support to make the payment.
